Original BANNED album cover! Not a bootleg!

This is one of the great Holy Grails of G n' R collecting: the original AfD LP with the Robert Williams art on the cover (titled, "Appetite for Destruction" as well). When record retailers refused to stock the album, Geffen pulled it off the shelves and reissued the album with the common "skulls on a cross" album art. Very few LPs with this cover ever made it out to retail.

The album is still in its original shrink wrap, sealed and unopened since I purchased it at a Los Angeles record store in the late 1980s. A promotional sticker on the front reminds customers that Welcome to the Jungle was featured in the Dirty Harry film The Dead Pool.
