This is for a Guns N' Roses Appetite for Destruction record with the original banned cover with a Guns N' Roses Sticker that came with the album. The album is covered with shrink wrap though it is open. The price sticker seen on the front of the album in the upper right hand corner is on the plastic shrink wrap, not the album's cover.
