Brand new, never played 2LP 180g vinyl. Testament & Justice variant (Disc 1: Red Color-in-Color with Transparent Black Base + Black, Red and White Splatter. Disc 2: Sea Blue Color-in-Color with Transparent Clear Base + Red and Pink Splatter). Comes in heavy weight silver board gatefold jacket with red and blue inner flood print, obi strip, 12-page art booklet with interview and liner notes by Daisuke Ishiwatari, and a bonus 7" flexi disc with the game's sound effects.
