Description

Original early 90's Jamaican Sound-System Dub Plate featuring SOUND CLASHING SPECIALS for 'SUPER J' Sound hailing from Barbican, Kingston- TWO BROTHERS DUBPLATE(Orig JA) (10") Featuring Cobra/Grines Man/Screechie Joe & Papa Biggy.

Track 1 - Gun Chat- Grinesman - With spoken intro - sound clashing style,vocal is on 'Soap' riddim.  Wicked 'Special' for 'Super J', re-working Grinesman's hit tune - Sound-killing style & on different riddim to plastic.Plays VG- & even better at VG when sprayed with distilled water while playing. (TERRIBLE)
Track 2 - Dem Dis- Papa Biggy- With spoken intro - sound-clashing style. This is a wicked Sound-Clashing special  cut to 'Young Gal' riddim. Plays G+/VG- & VG- with distilled water. (WICKED)
Track 3 - Who Dem Tek Up - Cobra - With WICKED spoken intro - sound-clashing style - Sound-Clashing special on 'Hold On' riddim from Sanchez. Plays VG- & better with distilled water sprayed on surface while playing. (WICKEDNESS INCREASING)
Track 4 - Bangle - Screechie Joe - With spoken intro - Special for 'Super J' juggling style on Echo Minott's 'Been Around The World' riddim coming from Jammy's. Plays VG- & even better with distilled water. (Jingle-Jangle Bangle Business).

N.B. All dubs play without jumping or sticking.

1. All U.K items will be sent by either 1st class 'Recorded Delivery', or 'Special Delivery' on items above £39 in value.
2. All items to Europe will be sent by 'Royal Mail International Signed For Service'. Individual records won within a 7 day period can be combined to reduce shipping costs. However items must be paid for within 7 days of the first invoice date. Records posted to the rest of the world will be sent by standard airmail or 'Royal Mail International Signed For' service, dependent on value.
3. Bidders with less than 10 feedbacks must e-mail first before bidding.
4. I reserve the right to cancel  bids from bidders with a poor feedback rating.
5. All records will be posted no later than  3 days after payment has been  received & usually will be posted the following day.

GRADING
MINT = unplayed ex-shop stock.
EX = almost mint except for possible light usage,or marking on label.No marks on vinyl.
VG = minimal marks,no reduction in sound quality at all.
VG- =very clean sound quality,but marks to vinyl and possible light scratches.(this is by far the most common condition of my records and proves wholly satisfactory to customers).
G+/VG- = more than acceptable playing condition,label likely to be worn or marked.
G+ = noisy-but music still appreciable.
G/G- = rough condition,noisy,could be scratched or have hiss but of great interest for historical content.

OTHER ABBREVIATIONS USED;
BLANK = original first pressing of tune given to sound system operators to play before the record was given a label and made available in the shops for the general public.
LD = label damage.
CD = Cover Damage(applicable to LP’s).

Please note: most records i sell are ex sound system copies and often have sound man markings on the labels.
