Many of these ?Division of United Artists? reissues are exceptional quality pressings which, unexpectedly, do not bear an RVG stamp in the run-out, suggesting they were not pressed with legacy Blue Note stampers like later United Artists reissues. The origin of these pressings remains a mystery, and copies are underpriced by sellers who class them along with later reissues.There are suspicions they may have been pressed with metalwork derived from masters created for the Japanese market, which similarly have no Van Gelder hallmarks. Recommendation: BUY

Mint (M) : Only Sealed Records are considered to be Mint.
Near Mint (NM) : Record appears as Mint or very close to Mint condition with only slightest signs of handling. Vinyl has original gloss.
Near Mint Minus (NM-) : Record visually appears close to Near Mint condition but with a few very light marks, which should not generate noise. May occasionally play with a few soft ticks. Vinyl has original gloss.
Excellent (EX) : May have a few superficial light marks like sleeve marks, scuffs or hairline. May have some soft ticks, but most likely no pops. Vinyl has original gloss.
Very Good Plus (VG+) : May have some light scratches or marks, There are some ticks and might have some light pops. Still well looked after and very listenable.
Very Good (VG) : Some scratches and marks which generate loud ticks and some pops. I usually don?t trade these LPs unless they are collectables.
