We typically ship within 3 business days. In some cases we may run short on an item and be delayed by a few extra days.
In the USA shipping is a flat rate of $4.95 regardless of the number of items ordered (order 1 or order 15 items, its still $4.95). We also offer Priority and UPS at slightly higher flat rates. Canada is $4.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item. .
Foreign airmail is $6.95 for the first and $2.00 for each additional ( box sets may be higher).
We replace defective product with the same title.

4- Do you accept cash?
Yes, but please be sure to mail it safely. Registered mail is usually the most safe.
5- What happens if the item is damaged or defective.?
We will replace all damaged and defective items with the same. You may return sealed product for an exchange. Under no circumstances will we refund a CD or DVD that has been opened.
6-Can you declare my item as a gift for customs and declare a lower value?
Sorry, we are a business and are required to list all items as merchandise. It is illegal to declare a lower value, so we will need to list the actual price you paid. We don't like to pay taxes anymore than you do, but that is the law.
7- What are your shipping charges?
USA/Canada customers:
o USA is a flat rate of $4.95 for first class reagrdless of the number of items ordered. Canada is $4.95 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item.
o $1.50 flat rate per order. (Optional)
o UPS Ground and Priority US Post are $6.95 flat rate regardless of the number of items ordered..
Foreign Airmail:
o $6.95 for the first item (some box sets may be higher)
o $2.00 for each additional item
o $2.00 per item for insurance (optional)
8- Is this item a copy or bootleg?
Absolutely not. Everything we sell is new factory stock (unless noted as a used item). Please be aware that some import CDs and DVDs are not sealed when we receive them. Under no circumstances do we sell copies or bootlegs.

Looking for import CDs or Music DVDs? We are your source!!! We currently stock over 6000 music DVDs and 29,000 import CDs. While we may carry many mainstream titles, we specialize in those unique and hard to find titles that you just will not find at your local Best Buy or Tower.
Please note that all items are guaranteed free of defect. We not, however, guarantee you like the music. Once an item is unwrapped, the only return we will accpet is for defective merchandise exchange. All items we sell are are new stock merchandise.
Please note that many UK import CDs do not come sealed.
