Description
Up for auction: An original release of a 3 record set of Grateful Dead's LP- Europe 72'. Vinyl LP in trifold case, contains 3 records, & a full ( 8 page ) concert program/ booklet. Green Warner Bros. Records label, the # is 3 WX 2668. Records are numbered 1 through 3, with Roman numerals for each side- I - VI. Please see all photo's for the best description. We weren't able to fit as many as we wanted to; if you would like more photo's, or specific shots, please message us, & we will take them for you. The covers are in fairly good condition, with some marking- ring marks ( light) & 2 light water spots. The inside is quite clean. There are good graphics on the front & back covers, & being a trifold, the third cover has the lyrics & band, equipment, family, art work & other info listed. Never noticed this before, but it also has a neat section which reads- Dead Heads- send us your name & address and we'll keep you informed, ( no duplications, please ) Dead Heads, P.O. Box 1065, San Rafael Calif. 94901. The records look to be in very good, shiny condition, with side II, & V having small, superficial scratches- they can be seen , but not felt. We don't have a record player, but used one late last year to test records we planned to list. These one's run very well, with some occasional scratchiness ( minor ) on side V. No skipping. The paper sleeves are in very good condition. One is a plain white sleeve, 2 are the often seen ones that have Warner / Reprise Loss Leaders pics. There is some tearing along the seams on the Warner/ Reprise paper sleeves, & one has a bit of folding at one corner. The 8 page booklet/ program is complete & intact. There is a water spot at the bottom of the front & back covers & what would be page #7 if they were numbered. Page #2 has a list of concert dates, & halls/ arenas played in with cities & countries. There is a lot of info about their European tour. Most of the rest is full of photo's of the band. The center 2 pages have 7 large, lovely color photo's of the band performing. There are numerous photo's on the other pages- photo's of the band in various candid shots. The second to last page has ads for songbooks & T- shirts for The Grateful Dead-( $3.95 each). Very interesting. We are not professional graders- this is just our opinion. This entire set seems to be in very good condition, overall, & complete!!!! We will permit combined shipping if it is safe to do so. Items must be shipped together to get the combined shipping discount. You may take as long as you would like to bid/ buy, but if you want combined shipping, you must be willing to wait for auctions to end. You also must pay for any auctions you win within the 3 day period, but will be refunded for combined shipping as soon as you notify us you are finished shopping. We do allow returns for any reason within 14 days, but buyer must pay for return shipping, & original shipping will not be refunded unless we have made a gross error in our listing. Once we have received the return, & find it to be in the same condition it was sent, we will refund you via Pay Pal. Please check all photo's of listings, as they are an important part of the description. If you should receive an item damaged in transit, please notify us right away, & PLEASE take as many photo's as possible of damage, including packaging, as this may be required for insurance purposes. We are always fair, & very easy to work with- please check out our feedback if any doubts! Our turn around time is generally within 3 days- usually sooner! We do understand that things can happen, & delays in payments, & on our end can occasionally occur. We will always message you if there will be any delay, & generally offer a discount if that happens.
