Grateful dead green label 45 and original picture sleeve #7186.
"Dark Star" b/w "Born Crosseyed"
Label - near mint. No writing or defects.
Vinyl - VG+. It is very glossy with a few hairlines. It plays loud and clear throughout. There is some rubbing on both sides in the exact same spot that causes some hissing at the very end of the song. If not for the minor rubbing, I would have classified the record as near mint.
Picture Sleeve - VG+. The seams are in tact. The photo of the band, both front and back, are bright and clear. Minor circle impression on sleeve. There is a small crease near bottom left. On top left there are 4 small staple holes. The top of the back sleeve there are 4 small tears ranging from an eight to a quarter inch. (See photo) Small creases at the top of both corners. Overall the sleeve shows no wear, no writing, no stickers.
