Blue & White Blue Note Inc. New York USA Labels.

Comes with Blue Note inner sleeve.

This record comes out of my own personal collection and has been played once or twice and stored away many years ago. 

And for grading purposes since I have not played this record in years, it is visually graded under a strong light, and please note if a record sounded bad to me back than I would discard it.

I would grade the condition of the vinyl as:

Side 1 -  Near Mint to Very Good+ condition. 

Side 2 -  Near Mint to Very Good+ condition.

I would grade the cover as VERY GOOD+ 

a) Price sticker back cover top right.

b) Back cover bottom right slight slick tear, see scan.

c)Top and bottom seams slight shelf wear. 

Please note during the mid 1960's into the 1990's I collected Jazz, sold and traded 45's and LP's under the name Empire Records in Goldmine paper which I ran set sales, auctions and put out my own set sale catalogs.
