Description

Gorilla Biscuits is a New York-based hardcore punk band consisting of Anthony "Civ" Civarelli, Walter Schreifels, Arthur Smilios, Alex Brown and Luke Abbey. They are currently signed to Revelation Records.
Revelation Records featured the early Gorilla Biscuits song "Better Than You" on one of their compilations, and later released the eponymously titled Gorilla Biscuits 7-inch EP in 1988, which later became a hardcore hit.
Their 7" was the fifth record released by Revelation Records.
Great NYHC record, very good condition. Early version of this record. Blue lettering on the sleeve. Labels are different than any of the later pressings. Fans of Agnostic Front, Warzone, Youth of Today, Judge, Bold, Minor Threat and punk will want this for the collection.
Ok so check it out... After debating it in my mind for at least a decade, I'm finally selling off my vinyl. I'm older, have way more responsibilities, kids going to college soon, etc. So guess what? These Revelation 7"s sitting in my closet may be "cool", but benefit me in no way today. If there are collectors out there who wanna pay $100 or $200 for something, bring it on!
I was never a record nerd or any kind of serious collector. I went to shows and bought shit I wanted to hear. I paid between $3 and $10 for just about everything at places like Bleecker Bobs and Venus, 2 of the best-known record stores in NYC back in the late 80s/early 90s. I have no idea what pressing I have, or which color was more rare, and can't bother to research it. There are plenty of sites out there and people with time on their hands...
What I do know is these are all bonafide originals, have been kept in great condition, and carefully stored in a smoke-free environment.
I am seeking extremely rich hardcore kids who wish they were born much earlier. Bid high on a piece of musical history! After all, it's only money.
If you're gonna bid, be prepared to pay. I expect immediate payment via Paypal. If 24 hours goes by and we haven't received payment or any communication, we will open up a case with Ebay and offer it to the next bidder.
Regardless of what Ebay's shipping calculates, please contact me before paying to ensure proper shipping calculations. I will only ship rare items within the US Priority Mail with tracking or International Priority with tracking. Absolutely no exceptions. if you don't want to pay for tracking, please don't message me about it expecting a reply. These records can't be replaced and I am not  shipping them without tracking. Too many people are full of shit.
Also, please don't message me asking how much i want for the record. I have no idea what anything is worth anymore. i start all of my auctions at $5. if it goes for $5, then that's how much i want. if it goes for $505, then that's how much i want.
I will not falsify any pricing data or information on international orders to lower costs when your package goes through customs, so please don't ask.
Check out my other auctions.. i'm letting go of about 50 old shirts and 50 old 7" records. heavy emphasis on hardcore & metal from the late 80's early 90's.

On Dec-24-13 at 08:54:44 PST, seller added the following information:

I'm been getting a lot of email from people wondering about international shipping prices and why shipping is so high for my auctions. Well, it's because the United States Post Office charges a ridiculous amount of money for Priority Mail International, thats why!
I've decided to change my international shipping method for these current wInter auctions to 1st Class Mail International. This will bring down the cost of the shipping significantly but unfortunately, the packages will only be tracked until they leave the U.S. After that, I will not be able to follow the packages progress to its destination and therefore, will not be responsible if any package goes astray.
It will be the winning bidders responsibility to follow up on where the package is after leaving the U.S.
Please ignore the Ebay shipping calculation at the top of this auction page. If you win this auction, I'll send an invoice with 1st Class Mail International as the shipping method. if you happen to want 1st Class Mail International as the shipping method, please email me after you receive your invoice to let me know and i'll resend the invoice.
Any auction that closes over $100 will require insurance added to your invoice.
The average price of 1st class mail international shipping to the UK for a 1 lb package is about $17, a lot cheaper that $42. Bid accordingly.
Email with any questions you may have BEFORE the auction ends!
