46 Years old!!!!!!!
This Magazine/Newspaper Music is COMPLETE

The condition of the overall magazine is Very Good / Excellent  Condition
The Front Page is in Very Good / Excellent Condition overall ... has some age discolouration and age spots 
The Back Page has some age discolouration and is overall in Very Good / Excellent condition
The magazine has some age discolouration please see pics
The Cover spine fold is in Very Good / Excellent condition ... only a few tiny holes - please see pics 
The inside of the magazine (in between the front and back cover) is overall in Very Good / Excellent condition -  see pics
The Simon and Garfunkel poster (centre page) is in Excellent condition
The Core is in very good / Excellent  condition
This magazine has always been stored flat not folded 
A great example of a very rare magazine!!!
