Description
I am pleased to offer this classic 45.
Artist: Duralcha
Songs: Ghet-To Funk / Jody Is Gone
Label: Micro Tronics Sound
Record#: 1001
Note: None
Grade: VG+ (It's probably M- but I don't want to play it to find out. I'll let you 'inaugurate' it.) Here's why:
I have owned this record since May 30, 1975, the date stamped on the label. "Ghet-To Funk" has never been played because side A is "Jody Is Gone" and that's the only side I ever played.
This 45 is one of thousands from my personal collection that I am selling. I was a member of the long-gone NADDJ [National Association of Discotheque Disc Jockeys] and I have R & B, Disco, Beach, Northern Soul, Rock, Country, Gospel, etc. I am selling everything from Enrico Caruso to the Fatback Band, Led Zeppelin to Frank Sinatra, Gloria Gaynor to Dottie West.
Be sure to add me to your favorites list!
Record Grading System:
- M- Near perfect.
- VG+ Has superficial signs of use that don't affect play.
- VG Nice, used vinyl with some signs of wear and perhaps light surface noise between tracks or during quiet sessions.
- VG- Significant wear and marks; usually some noticeable surface noise.
- G+ Fair with obvious scratches.
Notes:
cc = cut corner/saw mark on cover
dh = drill hole in label or jacket
dj = not-for-sale, DJ, radio station copy
pr = white label promo
ps = picture sleeve
re = reissue
tl = tape on label
wl = writing on label
If you like North Carolina music, or if you don't, read this. These 45s are as scare as chicken's lips but I'll offer them as a
