Where he got it I'm not sure. I've owned it for about five years. I have taken the album out of the protective inner sleeve once for visual inspection - I Never played it!. It may have never been put on a turntable. At a glance inside the sleeve, it looks vibrantly clean with reflective rainbows from the track grooves. The Exterior Album Cover is all white - Some fiber tearing is evident in one area where something has pulled off the top layer of white paper leaving an oval spot between the red pen "City To City - Gerry Rafferty and the Artwork Label on the right. Album Cover - Fair w/ some Flaws Vinyl LP - Excellent Record Condition Rating System
New - Factory Sealed
Like New - All components of being factory sealed, w/ the exception of being opened
Mint - Flawless record w/ close inspection of being very gently used
Excellent - Minor scuffing at most
Very Good - Evidence of heavier scuffing (not scratches) and/or smudging
Good - Scratch or 2, w/ scuffs and/or smudging
Fair - Few scratches and scuffging
Acceptable - Significant scratching
