Very rare German EXPORT Beatles record from 1964

The record is graded as a good EX+. NOT the typical scratched copy ! The vinyl has no scratches, only the typical light surface marks from in and out. Nice shiny vinyl. The record is 100% flat and plays without skips or sticks. Heavy and shiny vinyl.
The cover is in good EX+ condition.
Has only light marks from aging and usage (please see attached pictures). But NO hand writings, tears or split. No major faults. Looks great.The labels are free from any unwanted writings or stickers. Graded as EX+. Great snow white label.
