PROVENANCE

This album was purchased by myself upon its release, and has been in my private collection ever since. The record has been stored in a SMOKE FREE, PET FREE, CENTRALLY HEATED environment. The inner/outer covers have no hint of mustiness or odour whatsoever. The vinyl has been housed in a Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab archival quality sleeve. The record has always been played very correctly, initially on a high-end Linn LP12 turntable, and during the past 15 years on an SME turntable & SME V tonearm with Ortofon cartridge (see photograph). As a result, the audio playback remains sublime.

CONTENT

This George Michael album is, as far as one can understand, unlikely to ever be released again on vinyl. As a result, its relative rarity offers the serious collector some significant security.

For lovers of sublime musical compositions, and world class vocal arrangements, OLDER is an artistic masterpiece. It thoroughly deserves to be listened to on high end analogue audio equipment. The listener will not be disappointed.
