This listing is for an unusual and rare label iteration of this classic George Michael album with the above credit iterations applicable to this example.  I believe it may be a store demo copy as I have seen listings stickered up as demo's with this label (title over artist).
Unfortunately this copy is not in great condition and I wouldn't normally sell records in this condition.  However I had noticed that values of original pressings were going up considerably, £50 to £60 in good condition.  Then as I was checking the information on this example I discovered the unusual label it has so thought a George collector would really appreciate this.
If you have any questions or want any more information on condition, label information please let me know.
All of my records are play tested on a Project Debut Carbon with 2M Red stylus which is quite revealing so any sound defects may be more exaggerated than on other more mainstream players.  Or conversely if you are a full on audiophile I will let you judge how your set up compares and how you envisage the sound will compare.
I don't currently have access to a cleaning machine so please forgive any dust or finger marks which are on any of my records - hopefully will be investing in one at some point.
Record Appearance - G Can only be described as "good" in the record collecting use of the term, please google if you are not familiar.  There are many deep scratches on side 1 with side 2 fairing a lot better and would probably be close to VG.  It pains me to see records in this condition but what can you do.  Labels are in good condition with just expected spindle marks under a bright light.
Record Audio - G/VG A difficult one to grade, but overall somewhere between "good" and "very good" again in the record collecting term of the word, please google if you are not familiar.  There is considerable surface noise throughout, particularly the quiet intro to Faith.  I closed my eyes and pretended to be sat around a camp fire with George strumming....his guitar for us.  However once the beat kicks in the sound underneath is actually very good and with a less revealing setup would probably be acceptable.  Side 2 seems a lot quieter and would probably be VG.  I don't recall hearing any skips or jumps and after a while you get used to the crackle and it isn't too bad to  listen to.
Record Sleeve - VG There is expected shelf wear on the corners with the edges and spine being surprisingly good.  Spine is fine away from the corners and the titles are legible and clear.  The front face is in good condition with just light ring wear under a bright light.  The rear being in white is a little grubby, but might clean up with a careful hand, which has never been something I have been accused of so I will leave that to the new owner.  Record is stored in the original picture inner sleeve which is in intact and in good condition, just a little bit of ring wear due to the white colour.  Miraculously the separate photo and lyric sleeve is present and in good condition.
All questions answered and offers considered.  Thanks for looking and please follow me and check out my other listings as they appear.  I am employed full time and have 3 children so please forgive any delay in communication but should be within 24 hours.
