Description

THE GEORGE MARTIN ORCHESTRA - 'I FEEL FINE'/'THE NIAGRA THEME'

UK 1965 *DEMONSTRATION* 45

No red & white labelled demos for The Beatles' 45 of 'I Feel Fine' exist, so this surely must be the next best thing.

This recording was used as the opening theme for the Beatles' 1965 Granada TV spectacular 'The Music of Lennon & McCartney'.

It is a UK pressed DEMONSTRATION copy of The George Martin Orchestra's 1965 single on the oversized white, red 'A' Parlophone label: R 5256

Housed in its original green & white Parlophone company cover.

Matrix numbers: 7XCE 18248-1 & 7XCE 18249-1

Demo stamper codes: -/JR & -/JR

A pristine pair with just a single light spindle mark to the 'B' side centre hole.

VERY GOOD

Clean & flat with minor storagewear only and no major faults.

Our grading is strict & conservative grading under strong daylight & directly beneath a halogen desk lamp to UK 'RECORD COLLECTOR' standards.

We carefully play every record I sell on an EMT 950 transcription turntable fitted with a 'TSD 15' cartridge at volume and list all visual and audible faults.

Every image in this listing has been taken by ourselves (with a Canon G3 camera) and are of the actual item for sale. We do not copy from other listings or use stock images.

Each record is professionally & securely packaged in custom-made record mailing boxes with the disc removed from the cover.
