This is new in that it is still shrink wrapped.  Overall it is secure over the album cover.  There maybe general tears here and there to the shrink wrapping consistent with handling.  The album cover may show bumps, scuffs here and there even with the shrink wrapping due to handling.  Please purchase with this in mind.  Please review and refer to pictures also.

Please note this is being shipped via USPS Media Rate.
