I pack all single records with 2 cardboard squares on the outside secured with tape and then wrapped in two layers of bubble wrap and again secured with tape. Then placed in a 15” x 15” x 6” new cardboard box, re-enforced corners, packaging peanuts above and below and plenty of room to surround the sides and before I close the box I add one more sheet of cardboard to the top. I also securely tape all seams, inside and out. Outside of the box I tape in all directions completely around the box. Multiple records are packed similar with extra cardboard between the records. Ten or more records are double boxed. Trust me you won’t be disappointed with my packing!
