Description

'Rare'  10" Shellac 78rpm Record
George Formby
Do De O Do & Chinese Blues
DECCA Cat No - F.3079
This is a great Vintage 78rpm Record In great shape. and would enhance any Record Collection
All Records and CD's for sale are from my own treasured collection, I'm only selling because due to age and health we are having to downsize our house, so will have nowhere to keep them.

Record Condition - I'm trying to be as clear as possible so you know what your buying.

It has a HMV Outer Cover Sleeve Which Is In Very Good Condition See Photo's
The Heavy Shellac Record is Good Condition For Age, It's clean and shiny with Just hairlines, It plays through well with some static which is causing some background noise as you would expect. It's Very old and Rare!
Both Labels Are In Mint Condition
* "Please Note" Shellac 78's break very easily, I will pack the record as best as I possibly can but I can't guarantee the record will get to you without damage, so therefore to be fare to us both the following applies with all 78's.
I will give a FULL REFUND to the buyer for the 'record' but NO REFUND for the postage, providing the following is adhered too. Thank You.
The record will have to be handed to you as it's to big for the letterbox so If the 78 record is damaged/broken on Delivery, you should hopefully be able to tell immediately by damage to the package or package bent, creased or floppy, if possible please show the postman and ask him/her to take note of the damage. Then please take and send photos of the damage to me.
I have tried to be as honest as possible with my condition description, The problem is know matter how hard you try you're bound to miss some form of background noise at some point, also different Needles, Stylus's (depending on wear) and players, can pick up clicks, crackles and hiss that others don't so I can't guarantee total accuracy of my description.  However I honestly do my best when describing the condition of my records and have always looked after all my music whether CD,Record or DVD.
Most Vinyl's no matter how well they have been looked after or where you get them from, will have some hairline's. You will get those just by removing the vinyl from the inner sleeve, I have never knowingly kept any records with deep, bad scratches or that jump.
I'm happy to combine postage on multiple items, just buy all you want but Don't Pay, and I'll send a revised invoice with the revised postage rate.
Sent by Royal Mail Second Class.
Thanks for Looking
