George Edward Clinton (born July 22, 1941) is an American singer, songwriter, bandleader, and record producer. His Parliament-Funkadelic collective (which primarily recorded under the distinct band names Parliament and Funkadelic) developed an influential and eclectic form of funk music during the 1970s that drew on science fiction, outlandish fashion, psychedelia, and surreal humor. He launched his solo career with the 1982 album Computer Games and would go on to influence 1990s hip-hop and G-funk.  Clinton is regarded, along with James Brown and Sly Stone, as one of the foremost innovators of funk music. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1997, alongside 15 other members of Parliament-Funkadelic. In 2019, he and Parliament-Funkadelic were given Grammy Lifetime Achievement Awards.

Grading:  All three records are VG++

Description:  

"You Shouldn't-Nuf Fish" - Album is in VG+ shape with 1-2 minor surface marks that do not affect the sound. Sleeve is VG+ if not NM-.  Inner sleeve unremarkable.  Grade:  VG++

"Computer Games" - Album is in VG+ shape with a few hairline scratches, not affecting the sound.  The cover is still in shrink, with hype sticker.  Grade:  VG++

"Hey Good Lookin'" - Album is a 12" Single.  It is in VG+ shape with minor hairline scratches.  Please note:  This cover looks very different than the other album covers in this listing.  After researching the album I can confirm this is the right cover. There is a little bit of tape residue above the hype sticker.

Please read entire item description above before bidding/buying impulsively, as there may be a specific mention of detail or wear on the vinyl or cover that I have described above.  Always remember we don't eat off of vinyl nor play record covers.  We listen to the music!!

Play-Testing:  I test my Records by playing them completely through unless NM or Sealed (in order to protect their quality) before listing.  All used Records are cleaned before selling them.  

Surface Marks:  I do not get dissuaded by surface scratches on Vinyls, that does not mean the Record skips so please be comfortable if you receive one from me with them - as the Records are previously owned.

Record Jackets:  I try and grade jackets and Records as one set but oftentimes the jacket may not be in as good of a condition as the Record.  I will provide two grades if significant in my description above. Extremely damaged jackets are not for sale and are replaced with Generic jackets.

Generic Vinyl Jackets:  I do not show pictures of Record covers unless I have them in the condition seen.  My Records with generic covers are usually VG+ or better with very few graded as VG.  These are often times hidden gems at great prices!!

Inner Sleeves:  I do not mention these unless they have specific characteristics.  I provide a replacement inner sleeve if the one I have has extensive damage.

Grading:  The detailed grading I use is Goldmine Standard/eBay Standard. Descriptions are below:

Mint (M) Vinyl - Absolutely perfect in every way. Certainly never been played, possibly even still sealed. Inserts/Sleeves: Perfect 

NM - A nearly perfect Record. A record has more than likely never been played, and the vinyl will play perfectly, with no imperfections during playback.  Sleeves/Inserts should have no creases, folds, seam splits, cut-out holes, or other noticeable similar defects. 

VG+ Vinyl will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Defects should be more of a cosmetic nature, not affecting the actual playback as a whole. Vinyl surfaces may show some signs of wear and may have slight scuffs or very light scratches that don't affect one's listening experiences.  The label may have some ring wear or discoloration, barely noticeable. Spindle marks may be present. Inserts/sleeves will have some slight wear, slightly turned-up corners, or a slight seam split. 

(VG) Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a songs intro and fade, but will not overpower the music otherwise. Labels may be marred by writing, or have tape or stickers (or their residue) attached. The same will be true of picture sleeves or LP covers.

(G/G+) A vinyl in Good or Good Plus condition can be played through without skipping. But it will have significant surface noise, scratches, and visible groove wear. A cover or sleeve will have seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, ring wear, or other defects will be present. While the record will be playable without skipping, noticeable surface noise and "ticks" will almost certainly accompany the playback.
