Description
George Barnes Country Jazz LP. George Barnes and his Quartet. Colortone orig LP in Glorious Mono. These Colortone LPs had an inherant soft hiss in their pressings as it does here. I have listed it as NM for that reason. Great find for you George Barnes completists. All records are visually and audibly graded. From my private collection in smoke free environment. Goldmine Grading Scale:
Mint (M) - Absolutely perfect in every way - few plays, possibly sealed.
Near Mint (NM) - A nearly perfect record. Record shows no obvious signs of wear.
Very Good Plus (VG+) - record will show some signs that it was played and otherwise handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. May have slight signs of wear and slight scuffs and scratches.
Vergy Good (VG) - A record similar to VG+ where the defects are more pronounced. Surface noise will be evident, but will not overpower the music.
Good (G) - A record that will play through without skipping, but has significant surface noise, scratches, and visible groove wear.
Fair (F) - Grade between poor and good, obviously. Very heavy damage, though the record should still play.
Poor (P) - A record with heavy damage, probably will skip, and is the worst grade.
