"Breedlove" b/w "Sand Bars Alone" 7" with Picture Sleeve

This is a new, unplayed copy of Geoff Landers' 7" single from 1984. Issued on Geoff's own label, Cauhaus Records (check out the artwork on the record label in the pic below to get the pun here!)

Also included with this auction is a copy of Local Anesthetic, a fanzine put out by Wax Trax Records. This issue, from March, 1982, features a piece on Geoff Landers and Bob Drake when they opened the Packing House Recording Studio (which, of course, is where this single was recorded) here in Denver. The article also has a pic of Geoff & Bob in the studio. See pics below.
