Description

The Great Genesis 40 year anniversary sale continues
As A "Genesis Fanatic" of 40 years I have accumulated over this time a mass of records and memorabilia, which has been carefully packed up and stored, well I believe now after 40 years it's time to let 98% of it go to new homes, and this is where you come in. My auctions continue with this Italian Charisma 1977 release of "Many Too Many" / The Day The Light Went Out" / Vancouver  in a brilliant picture sleeve
This is the first and "rarer" version of this Italian release...It's rarer because of the misspelled "light" which was printed as "Ligh", a subsequent release (2nd) corrected this  The sleeve is in  "good" condition with some ringware that is most evident from the rear   SEE THE SCANS  !!!.   Remember this record is  35 YEARS OLD the record has been stored separately from the sleeve in all the time I have owned it. The record....this still has a good sheen and the labels are "MINT"
Now for the very good bit, I'm going to auction this beautiful record with                                NO RESERVE PRICE

As a fellow Genesis fan you can find this in your copy of the "Vickers book" at No 158
This is a 10 day listing starting on Thursday 2nd Feb   Ending on Sun 12th Feb
Please bookmark me as I will be selling right through 2012 and ending with an item  that goes right back to 1969 with the recording of "From Genesis To Revelation" and was saved by a Decca employee with a complete "COA" I will go a little further to say that it is "By Far" the OLDEST Genesis related item that will EVER be seen on Ebay......unless the band  sell there personal items from the time which is extremely unlikely !.
I WILL NOT BE ANSWERING QUESTIONS ABOUT THIS ITEM UNTIL IT IS PUT UP FOR AUCTION
Other items include Un-played copies of "Nursery Cryme" and "Foxtrot" in the original E J Day covers (Museum Quality) Press cuttings from the "big 3 " music papers in the UK around the 1970s (Sounds / Melody Maker / New Musical Express) Posters / still rolled in there original tubes from 1970s Every "Genesis Information" booklet produced with leaflets describing the items you could purchase (gold discs etc / which I also have) Dozens of LP's and singles (45s) from the 70s / 80s, some of these are Mega rare or can occasionally be found on "EIL" for squillions of pounds

far too many things to list here.......bookmark me and you won't loose out !.
thanks for stopping by     Genesisfanatic.
