10" TOWN HOUSE ACETATE OF "THROWING IT ALL AWAY" b/w "I'D RATHER BE YOU"

STANDARD "THE TOWN HOUSE" CREAM/BROWN LABELS WITH "GENESIS THROWING IT ALL AWAY" AND "GENESIS I'D RATHER BE YOU" HANDWRITTEN ON THE LABELS. THIS IS A 10" DISC WITH 7" GROOVES CUT INTO IT. THERE ARE NO MATRIX NUMBERS CUT INTO THE RUN OFF AREAS.

The disc is EX+ condition, maybe M- considering that it is an acetate.

This is rare opportunity to purchase an extremely scarce Genesis collectible item and is a great buy for collectors!

I use proper cardboard mailing sleeves and stiffeners, and will post worldwide.
