Gene Roddenberry - Inside Star Trek LP 1976 UK 1st Press
Superb vinyl & sleeve
PRESSING DETAILS: S CBS 31765 Made in England UK 1st Press (A1 & B1)
SLEEVE: (EX) Original UK sleeve has light wear from use and storage. A couple of stains to the back but overall very nice condition.
INNER SLEEVE: (VG+) Original plain white paper inner has no splits and no writing. Light wear and creasing from storage.
RECORD LABELS: (Near Mint) Clean labels with no writing and no stickers. Looks unplayed.
VINYL CONDITION VISUALLY: (Near Mint) Vinyl is flat and glossy and both sides look like new even when angled under bright light. There might be a couple of the lightest paper scuffs but I can't see any.
Strict grading using Record Collector grading system. All records are play tested on a Technics SL-1210 MK2 record player with a Shure White Label Cartridge and Stylus. All records are sent in correct record mailers or cruciform box with at least 4 cardboard stiffeners and the vinyl removed for the the original inner and put in a new polylined inner sleeve outside of the cover to make sure no splits happen during delivery. All vinyl is sent tracked and signed for.
RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING
All records are graded using the Record Collector Grading System with (+) or (-) to show a slightly higher or lower grade.
M (Mint) : The Record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition.
EX (Excellent): The Record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VG (Very Good) : The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
G (Good) : The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
F (Fair) : The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
