Description
Mega rare original LP of Gene Ammons - Funky (Prestige 7083 - mono) Original issue yellow and black labels with 446 W. 50th St address, Deep Groove and RVG (Van Gelder) on both sides. One of Ammons' best1950s LPs also features Jackie McLean, Mal Waldron, Kenny Burrell and others in a rare classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG-minus condition with lots and lots of marks that will make noise - not for the audiophile in any way - you are going to hear a lot of noise on this one. The cover is surprisingly in VG+ condition with general age/shelf wear and clear tape on the top and bottom seams. NO writing, NO stickers, NO stamps. What can I say, the LP has definitely seen better days, but how many originals on this do you see anymore at any price?

US mailing costs: Media mail rate as calculated to a U.S. address. This reflects increases in postage costs, e-bay fees on shipping, Paypal fees as well as mailers and packing materials.
