This is the banned rape scene cover. Apparently it was a bit too graphic. You and I both know that this is one of the greatest albums of all time.
I am not an audiophile, or a pure collector, I play my records and this is in excellent condition.  I am not sure how people grade these things but it works flawlessly, has no scratches and is black!!
