GUNS N' ROSES Appetite For Destruction Sessions LP.  - Near Mint-Mint

The Record has been played a couple of times since I got it brand new. Clean and kept in MoFi sleeve on a shelf .

Jacket is in mint condition.

Rare recordings from random sessions. Eventhough it is cool to listen to never-heard versions of the songs, This album is not for Audiophiles.  some songs have different volumes and Axl's voice can be bit off. 

No damages on record. Music sounds good as intended and meant to be.

It is a cool addition to a GnR collection for sure.

*NOTE* : The song "Mama Kin" that is supposed to be the first on side 2 ... is not First on Side 2. LoL. yeah. Mama Kin is on the last track of SIDE 1. It was probably a misprint and/or error .

This record will come with a plastic outer sleeve and an anti static protective  inner sleeve.
