Description

What I’m offering is a copy of the debut LP by Guns N’ Roses titled Appetite For Destruction, issued on Geffen GHS-24148 in 1987. This is the ORIGINAL pressing with the banned robotic rape scene cover art, which was quickly replaced with a cover depicting a cross with skulls of each band member.

This copy also includes the elusive tattoo along with a lyric inner sleeve.

The grading on the LP is VG+ cover, NM record side one, VG+ record side two.

The cover, with the aforementioned banned cover art, has a few vertical creases up at the top seam on the front.

There are NO scuffs or scratches to side one of the record, side two has one surface line and a a group of small, light surface scratches that are totally inaudible and does not affect its play.

The tattoo has light diagonal creases in the top right and bottom right corners.

NOTE: When I bought this LP at a used record store, it did not have the original custom inner sleeve with band photos on one side and the song lyrics on the other side. So I took the inner sleeve from the reissue and included it here. This inner sleeve has the banned robotic rape scene artwork on one side and the song lyrics on the other side. The inner sleeve has been taped on one side with clear tape.
