General Information:

We ship records exclusively by United States Postal Service (USPS) and all packages are insured. Your album(s) will arrive in securely taped boxes, with the album and sleeve removed from the covers.

We try to ship orders within 1-2 business days of payment receipt. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via eBay messaging and will provide an estimated shipment date. We always try to combine orders into as few shipments as possible in order to reduce shipping costs. How many albums can be shipped in a single box will depend upon whether they are single albums, multi-albums, gatefold covers, etc.

Domestic Shipping:

Domestic shipments are sent insured USPS MediaMail. If an upgraded service (Priority, Express, etc.) is desired, please inform us before you pay for your order so that we may calculate any additional costs and invoice you for them.

It usually takes 3-5 business days for items to arrive after we ship them, but the USPS states a delivery window of 2-9 business days for MediaMail. Tracking informaiton will be available from the order details page.

International Shipping:

International orders are sent insured USPS Priority Mail. If an upgraded service (Priority, Express, etc.) is desired, please inform us before you pay for your order so that we may calculate any additional costs and invoice you for them. All customs and/or duties are the buyers responsibility. Tracking informaiton will be available from the order details page.

Rates will be calculated and invoiced when the auction is won. Expected delivery dates vary, please see the USPS website for details.

Album Grading/Condition:

ALL OF OUR ITEMS ARE VISUALLY GRADED UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. WE TRY TO BE VERY THOROUGH IN OUR GRADING, BUT MISTAKES CAN OCCUR. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CONDITION OF ANY ITEM, PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO SEND US A MESSAGE!

MINT (M): Looks like it has just left the manufacturer, with NO flaws what so ever. It looks as though it had never been handled. No scuffs or scratches, blotches or stains. No stickers address labels, writing on the covers or labels. No tears or seam splits. No wear to the cover or record.

NEAR MINT (NM) : Appears virtually flawless A very minor scuff and very little else can appear on the vinyl. It should play without any noise over the flaw. The flaw is very hard to see. COVER: Looks close to perfect with only minor signs of wear and or age. May have minor impressions to the cover (due to the outer edge of the vinyl resting inside), however the artwork is close to perfect.

EXCELLENT (EX) : Minor scuffs which are only slightly visible. There may be more than a few scuffs and NO Scratches COVER: Artwork is still as close to perfect as can be. Some impression to the cover (minor outer ring wear) but no ink wear! Some slight creases to the corners, but not wrinkled and obtrusive to the eye. The corners can show white (where the artwork pasted slick was) meaning, slight wear. No seam splits or writing on the cover or taped repairs.

VERY GOOD (VG): Shows some wear, surface scuffs. The vinyl still has a great luster, but the flaws will be noticeable to the naked eye and should not cause any surface noise. COVER: A virtually clean cover, but may have small writing on it.The artwork looks clean with slight aging possible.  Flat white paper will be somewhat yellow yet no stains or mildew from water damage. Some minor wear to the seams or spine, but no tears or holes popping through. The corners may be slightly dog eared yet no crackly bends, defacing the artwork.

GOOD (G): This is a record that is good enough and will STILL play very good with some surface noise when played. The Dynamics should still be excellent, overpowering the surface noise. A VG record will appear to have been played but still have some luster. COVER: May look worn, used and there may be some seam splitting . There could be some ring wear, where the ink has begun to wear off. There may be some writing on the cover. It will look aged and more yellowish due to contamination's in the air.
