Description

THE GUESS WHO

IT'S MY PRIDE

HIS GIRL

1966 uk King KG-1044 (A1-B1). EX+. Here is a very rare original 1966 uk King label first pressing of this musically brilliant fuzz guitar Mod/Psych/Freakbeat 45 by 'The Guess Who'. The A-side 'His Girl' is a superb very laid back beat/pop-psych track, but this rare 45 is mainly sought for it's brilliant fast loud Garage-Psych-Freakbest B-side which contains some top notch lead fuzz guitar. With this listing i have included complete MP3s of both sides, these MP3s were taken directly from the vinyl. All pictures are of the actual 45 for sale. Please check out my other items!

CONDITION = EX to EX+

Both sides of the vinyl have a really excellent original clean sheen and both tracks play and sound top excellent throughout with barely even a trace of crackle to be heard, there are just a couple of extremely light wispy top surface lines that have absolutely no affect on play at all, this 45 has not had much play and so there is no lessoning in the sound quality, both tracks really do play and sound fantastic. The labels are in excellent clean condition with no defects. The 45 comes in a plain white paper cover which is in near mint condition with no splits. This is just a superb clean playing copy that will definitely not disappoint in any way.

If you collect rare Garage-Mod, Psych and Freakbeat 45's and the stranger and more obscure beat and Pop-Sike releases from the mid to late 1960's then this musically brilliant very-rare 1966 uk 45 by the 'The Guess Who' would make a really superb addition to any serious collection.

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE DECIDING TO BID

I pack my records very well with plenty of card support to avoid damage. I cannot take responsibility for any non-insured items that may be unfortunate to go missing or get damaged in the post. I keep all Post Office Payment Recipes as proof of postage. I always print my name and address on the back of all parcels i send, so the chances of a item going missing are pretty much nil. The recorded post option is always there, it may cost a few extra pounds for international buyers, but it is definitely worth it for the extra piece of mind. So, if for some reason a non-insured parcel does not arrive, then i'm afraid that i cannot be held responsible for loss or damage. If you do not agree to this then please do not bid. Thank you.
