LP sight-grades NEAR MINT minus with very few signs of play or wear. Upon very close inspection there might be a couple faint, strictly cosmetic surface marks but the near-perfect labels would suggest that this LP was not played often.

The colorful and bizarre open-up cover is intact with no hole punches, slices, cut corners, writing, stamps etc.

Most of the LP's seventeen tracks were produced by Frank Zappa

The original thick stock cover grades NM- with slight ring/shelf wear. Spine is intact & very legible. All seams are intact [rare] with very little flaking. Inner cover [which features great photos of the five main members] has very little ring wear but does have a tiny (less than 1 inch) split near the center of the inner seam. Otherwise the inner cover is near-perfect. Opening edge/Corners are fairly sharp. Corners at the top & bottom of the outer spine show slight wear. This cover's only true flaw is the minor ring wear on the front & back.

The cool pink/orange & black STRAIGHT Records labels are very sharp with no spindle marks, writing etc.

This record comes with its original black & white Straight Records inner sleeve in excellent condition.

A Word to the Wise about record grading: Beware of sellers who claim their "used" record is in "Mint" condition. This is a fantasy. Only an unopened & therefore unplayed album can be said to be in actual "Mint" shape. Proper grading involves skill, knowledge and honesty.
