Original US PSYCH/BLUES LP Release by the GROUNDHOGS!
LP is in near Mint Condition with only some minimal Agewear discernable.
Labels are in Mint Condition.
Nonlaminated Gatefold LP Cover has a notable Split in Spine and a small Dent on one of the Bottom Corners but is in still very good Condition with some expected further Edge-and Agewear to be discerned.

This is the megarare first LP Release by the GROUNDHOGS featuring the amazing Guitarwork by TONY (T.S.) McPHEE!
Classic Artwork accompanies this brilliant PSYCH/BLUES LP!
Although the Cover shows some obvious Agewear, finding the LP in still almost Mint Condition is a real Bonus!
Therefore, in this highly collectable Condition, a rare GROUNDHOGS LP that should not be missed by any Collector of rare BLUES Records!

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:
PAYPAL only if you are willing to insure the Item(s) you have won!
Due to the Fact that any Buyer can make a Claim against an honest Seller, without having to provide any Proof that they have not received the Goods and due to the Fact that PAYPAL will grant them a complete Refund on this Basis, I will accept PAYPAL Payment only if you, the Buyer, are willing to accept Insurance (extra US $8.50 for first AU $100.00) which then will provide me with a Tracking Number!
I do though offer various other convenient Forms of Payment (see my Invoice) if you do not want to insure the Item!

Immediate settling of Transaction is very much preferred! :-)

If after 2 Weeks no Payment has been received, I will be forced to put in an Non-paying Bidder Alert with eBay. That is necessary for me to do in Order to apply for a Commission Refund from eBay in Case the Customer defaults.

If within 4 Weeks from Closing Date of Auction the Transaction is still not completed, I will withdraw the Item from Sale. Any such Negativity can be avoided by "good" Communication!
