Description
This Groundhogs - Thank Christ For The Bomb stereo LP (ILPS-9LBS83295) on the blue Liberty Records label is a first pressing on 150gm vinyl with A1/B1 matrix numbers. The disc itself still has a very high gloss. There is very light spindle marking on the labels and no hole wear. There are a few minor marks but these have minimal audible effect. I would grade the vinyl as very good to excellent. (Please see photographs for a better idea of record quality.)
The original UK patented poly lined inner sleeve is in very good condition.
The non laminated gatefold sleeve (E.J.Day Group) is in very good condition with no ringwear. There is a small amount of wear on the open edge and corners. The spine is in good condition for a non laminated sleeve and the text is just legible.
I bought the album from new and it has been kept upright in a custom built cupboard away from light and damp in virtually dust free conditions since then. It had minimal playings when bought and has been unplayed since - apart from the check I carried out recently prior to listing it on Ebay.
All tracks play well and sound quality is excellent for an album of this age.
The LP will be sent in a strong brown LP mailer with stiffener. Additional packaging and tracking will be used for overseas mail.
Please feel free to email me if you have any questions.
