Description
RARE! This legendary 45 from 1977, is the earliest known recording by the Green Day front man, Billie Joe Armstrong.
It was recorded and manufactured by a local Californian label Fiat Records and given the catalogue number 'Fiat #11' when Billie Joe was just five years old!
Billie was encouraged to record the single by his music teacher who had heard that the young Billie Joe was singing to people in hospitals and church to help cheer them up.
The A-side has the title track, "Look For Love" The B-side features an insightful interview with Billie Joe, recorded immediately after he cut the record. During the interview he speaks about his family, school and his wish to keep singing when he grows up!
The Record is missing the original paper sleeve and cover but the vinyl record itself is in good condition
Only a couple of these records have surfaced and it is believed that fewer than 50 copies were pressed.
