1983 original 12" EP with picture cover which has red text on back. Includes 19-page press kit and 8" x 10" black and white promo photo (no folder).
Crease in cover near bottom right corner, top and bottom left corners slightly "pushed."
Condition: Disc VG++ Cover VG++
