GRATEFUL DEAD

This is a must for all Deadheads. The playing is so brilliant and the band just mesh together seamlessly that it is almost like perfection captured for posterity. Jerry shines throughout. It is one of those albums where the jamming isn't wayward and the band stay pretty much focussed on the structure of the songs.

If you've listened to Dead live albums before, and wondered "when it was going to start happening,......... when they were going to take off and start soaring", and been a bit disappointed..... believe you me, they achieve lift-off here.

Record Collector Gradings

MINT: The record is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any inserts are in perfect condition.

EXCELLENT: The record shows very little sign of being played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding , scuffing of edges , spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Shipping:

Albums are shipped in purpose bought LP mailers with a card stiffener. Records are not shipped in the sleeve to prevent damage in transit. If the record has a printed inner sleeve then a plain inner will be provided for shipping.

Shipping discount applies to all multiple purchases. (NB. Picture discs and gatefold covers are usually slightly heavier & sometimes cost a little extra. Double albums normally ship for the price of 2 x LPs)
