GRANNY'S INTENTIONS
Honest Injun
1970 DERAM Stereo SML 1060
This is an increasingly rare and collectable record by this
60's Irish band, who were very popular in their homeland, but their
popularity never caught on to any extent elsewhere.
It is notable however for an early (some say his first) outing into the recording studio
for GARY MOORE, who contributes his guitar skills to the album.
The vinyl still retains a nice sheen, and displays very few marks.
It plays and sounds Excellently. No skips or jumps. There is a moment on track 1
on side 2, where 4 or 5 clicks are audible from a scratch, but it hardly affects the enjoyment.
This aside there is little to prevent this LP meriting an EX rating.
The front laminated sleeve is also EX. The top and bottom edges show no wear,
and the spine is perfect and fully readable. On the reverse a previous owner
has written his name in ink, otherwise it is a very clean cover.
I think I have given a fair and honest appraisal of this LPs
condition, and I feel confident it will not disappoint.
