"GOLDEN HITS BY BEATLES 67' CHINESE "SGT. PEPPER" ALBUM ON RED VINYL

This is one of the more unusual Beatles records I've seen in a while. Included in a private collection I bought last year, I immediately fired up Google to see what I could find out, and this appears to be a fairly rare item.
The flimsy paper sleeve has dry rotted along the edges, particularly in the corners. Housed in what appears to be the original plastic covering for the sleeve are two black marker boxes on the back. This is on the plastic, not the paper sleeve. A careful peek inside the sleeve reveals a yellow and white Sgt. Pepper shot like the full color one on the front. The vinyl is beautiful with a nice shiny gloss, examined in good light - there appears to be no scratches.
Labels are good; light spindle marks can be seen when viewed at an angle.
