Bach: The Goldberg Variations Glenn Gould / Columbia ML 5060 Mono. No stereo exists of this landmark recording. Simply, a masterwork by pianist Gould. This is a 2-eye Columbia "360" sound label. Record is still SEALED in inner plastic sleeve. Never has this LP been handled or played. Cover is Near Mint. Top & bottom corners on left side have small dings. Sealed copies rarely show up. On Jan-17-09 at 16:13:47 PST, seller added the following information:Just for your information: As with older records sealed in inner sleeves, sometimes plastic can adhere to the vinyl over time causing "snail trail" like residue on the surface of the vinyl. This is NOT the case with this copy. Record moves freely inside the sleeve. I can assume that the surfaces of the vinyl to be clean as new looking (not to mention the playback to be virgin). However, as I will not open the sleeve to inspect, item is being sold as is.
