Glenn Gould ~ Bach - The Goldberg Variations Columbia 
Cover Condition: VG+ (1-inch split to bottom seam at opening, transparent tape covering part of bottom seam, bumping to top right corner, flaking to top left seam and spine area) Vinyl Condition: VG+ (strong glossy copy with some faint marks and a couple superficial hairlines. Plays with some light surface noise due to the era and type of pressing)
Notes: ED1 US Mono release on '6 Eye' Columbia labels. Very early deep groove pressing with 4A/2A stampers. Includes original inner sleeve with continuation of Gould's dense liner notes. One of my all time favorite performances; Gould at his eccentric best, bringing out the glorious counterpoint of the variations with his own unique flair.
