GIRLS AT OUR BEST - GETTING NOWHERE FAST / WARM GIRLS RECORD RECORDS / ROUGH TRADE - RR 1- UK 1980 7" WITH ORIGINAL PICTURE SLEEVE, PROMO PHOTO INSERT AND 3-PAGE PRESS RELEASE THIS IS THE 'PORKY PRIME CUT' VARIANT WITHOUT LYNTONE CODE MATRICES Rare original debut 7" release from 1980 by great indie punk band from Leeds, this was released on their own label but promoted by and available through Rough Trade - comes complete with the picture sleeve and a 3-page press release and also a promo photo of the band. There are 2 original pressings of it, with or without Lyntone matrix codes, not sure which one is the earlier but in other Rough Trade releases of the time the Lyntone pressings were the later, not in all cases though. I have another copy with almost the same press release (in different colour and printed double sided, not single sided like this) which comes with the vinyl with LYN codes on matrix, meaning that the 2 pressing were very close to each other possibly within few months difference in 1980 (plus LYN8988/LYN8989 codes of the Lyntone pressing suggest October/November 1980 while the record was originally released April 1980. A great punk and new wave collectable, complete and in very nice condition CONDITION (I don't use higher than ex/ex) cover: ex- (light bend in bottom right corner) vinyl: ex press release: ex photo: ex P&P Registered (with insurance) through ELTA (Hellenic National Post) GBP12.80 in Europe / GBP14.80 for all other countries except USA* / GBP4.80 to Greece * For USA only it will be through Courier Service GBP55.00 - ELTA services from Greece to USA is temporarily stopped due to the new Tariffs and until the terms are cleared so at the time shipping to USA is possible only through Courier service which is very expensive * I'm a collector myself so strict packing policies applied * I combine shipping, please wait for my combined invoice before payment, thanks.
