Description
Original German press Library LP "Orchester Gert Wilden/ Franco Taormina" on the label De Europhon ELP 550 Stereo,
manufactured approx. early to mid 1970s.
Condition: NEAR MINT to MINT/ EXCELLENT (Vinyl looks and sounds near mint, stocked away archive copy,
cover with slightest signs of use)
Killer Scat Beat Library album with six unknown tracks by the great Gert Wilden on Side 1, sometimes in a similar vein of his earlier sound approaches
for the German soft sex movies "Schulmädchenreport", including the self penned funky Scat tunes "Back Door Shuffle" and "Dance Baby Dance" with
heavy big band arrangements and wordless girls voices, plus the funky organ sounds of "Holiday Train". Side 2 contains six rather uninteresting tracks by a certain
Franco Taormina. Excellent Library LP in pristine condition.
