Description

OK, an aging vinyl junkie getting back into the fray.  Haven’t been a seller for a while, but it’s time to unload some of the detritus lying around the house, starting with my son’s rock and punk record collection, which has been taking up space in my house for a decade or two.  Have to admit, he has a wide range of eclectic tastes.  After these I’ll get into my 45 collection and then (probably) some of my albums.

Some of my sons punk albums were water damaged during a garage flood around 10 years ago.  We caught it quick and immediately dried them so the damage is limited to some of the cover bottoms.  There are no moldy records or musty smells.  If I see a stain or the cover is wavy it’ll be in both the description and the photos.  You’ll see exactly what you’re getting.

All records are shipped in cardboard record mailers with stiffeners.  Records are shipped in plastic sleeves with the record outside the cover.  If the record comes with a custom inner sleeve that you’ll have to sell your grandmother to replace I’ll put the record in a plain white sleeve.

US buyers only, just not going through the international thing again.  Sorry, too many hassles.

All records are shipped media mail unless you request fancier service.  According to the USPS website and based on weight a single record with mailer ships for $3.17 so I’m charging $4 (I hate getting ripped on shipping and assume you do too - you want more money, bump the minimum bid).  I combine shipping for multiple wins, but obviously the price goes up as the weight does.  Up to 3 pounds is still $4, and you should get 2, maybe 3 records shipped for that.  Once the weight goes over 3 pounds shipping gets bumped to $5.  Other rates calculated if needed.

Since I haven’t done this in a while there’s going to be a learning curve.  Bear with me, as I’ve never used invoicing, labels, etc, before.  A little patience will be appreciated.

I love rock’n’roll in all its incarnations and will treat these records the same I treat my own.  I’m old school (Cream, Hendrix, BOC, etc.) so know the love.  They’re important to you and that’s good enough for me.

Sorry, I can get long winded.  Think that covers it all, at least everything I can think of I think needs covering.  Questions cheerfully answered for free.  So here we go.
