Very rare German single from 1961 in superb condition

with German Intro "Mein Herz ist bei dir nur"

Stamped matrix numbers and stamped "Made in Germany"
The record is graded as Near Mint. Absolutely shiny vinyl in superb condition ! NOT the typical scratched copy ! NO scratches. The record is 100% flat and plays without skips or sticks. Looks like it was played only 1 or 2 times.
The very thin paper cover is in EX condition. Only light marks from aging and usage (please see attached pictures) but NO unwanted hand writings, stickers or split. A small tear at the left upper corner was carefully taped from the inside. No major faults.
The labels are free from any unwanted handwritings or stickers. Graded as Near Mint. Beautifully glossy orange Polydor stars label.
