This is the rare UK 1st Press of 'Wonderwall Music' by George Harrison. This early press is complete with the exceptionally rare1G//1A mothers and stampers, suggesting that this record was one of the first batch ever pressed. It is complete with the original black inner sleeve, the rare printed insert and 1st press fully laminated sleeve.
The record is in Very Good condition. The heavy vinyl has a high gloss with a few light marks on each side. On playing the sound is warm, rich and clear. There is a little noise and a couple of pops at the start but this quickly clears and otherwise there is just occasional light background noise and a little crackle between tracks. The dark green label has a spot of tippex on one side. The green is bold and cream is bright, there is sharp text and only slight spindle wear. The record is complete with the original black inner sleeve.
The rare printed insert is in Excellent condition. It is solid and bright with just a few small marks on the white and a little corner wear, otherwise it looks superb.
The laminated sleeve is in Very Good condition. The laminate has a bright sheen, the colours are vivid and the white is crisp. There is light edge wear, a little discolouration and a few small laminate creases. The whole cover is solid and the spine is firm with sharp text.
