Ultra-rare '92 UK 2,500 copy limited edition handmade 180 page book (#411) with leather cover signed and numbered by George + 7" EP with picture sleeve containing 4 previously unreleased tracks.   Includes original shipping cardboard from Genesis Publications. (New, opened but never used.) *Only the shipping cardboard is discolored and has tape peeling off due to age.)
