Notes
Unofficial pressing of George Harrison's intended version of his album "Somewhere In England" which was to have been issued Oct 29 1980, but was delayed when Warner Bros rejected it, and George went back to record new tracks to include on the actual release which came out May 1981.Artwork is what George had initially submitted, with a barcode included, and real production slicks were produced in 1980. The labels are a slight replica of the Dark Horse label, but the horse itself is not in color, all in black and over all the label lacks sharpness and clarity of legit labels.
The cover has the original copyright of 1980 (but is not stated on labels), these fakes started appearing by late 1982.
It's possible that a reel-to-reel (7 1/2 IPS quarter track) supplied to Warner Bros for in-house advance-release promo use was used for this.
There was never any official vinyl pressings made for this original version in the US (other than perhaps test pressings) and no discographies list it as being made. Some of these pressings may state "Promotional Copy...." but this is indeed an unofficial/fake pressing.

VINYL CONDITION: EXCELLENT
SLEEVE CONDITION: EXCELLENT SMALL NUMBER STICKER BACK REAR CORNER
The seven standard condition categories, and a description of what each one means, are listed below:
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
