On offer here is a VERY rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by George Harrison called "Extra Texture" and is an ORIGINAL 1975 UK 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Apple label!!!! THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND!!!!  JUST TRY AND FIND ANOTHER ONE!!!!  THIS IS ONE OF GEORGE HARRISON'S RAREST LPs EVER - AND VIRTUALLY NEVER TURNS UP FOR SALE!!!!  BACK IN 1975 WHEN THIS LP WAS FIRST RELEASED - IT ONLY EVER SOLD IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS, AND WAS ALMOST IMMEDIATELY DELETED!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND INCREDIBLY HARD TO LOCATE TODAY!!!!  THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - WITH THE 1ST PRESS 1U MATRIX ENDING!!!!

THIS LP IS MADE EVEN RARER STILL - AS IT IS AN ULTRA RARE 'PRE-RELEASE' 1ST PRESSING + 'WHITE TEST PRESS' LABELS, AND A 'FACTORY SAMPLE' STICKER ON THE REVERSE OF THE COVER!!!!  AND THIS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND ON THIS LP!!!!  'FACTORY SAMPLE' WHITE LABEL 'TEST PRESSINGS' WERE ONLY EVER PRESSED IN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNTS (NO MORE THAN 10-20 COPIES AT THE VERY MOST!), AND WERE ONLY EVER USED FOR 'IN-HOUSE' USE BY EMI / APPLE THEMSELVES - TO TEST THE SOUND QUALITY BEFORE PRESSING BEGAN!!!!  BARELY ANY 'FACTORY SAMPLE' WHITE LABEL 'TEST' 1ST PRESSINGS OF THIS LP WERE EVER MADE (ONLY 10-20 COPIES!) - MAKING THIS LP OF THE UTMOST RARITY!!!!

AND BE VERY CERTAIN THAT THIS LP IS A 100% GENIUNE 'TEST PRESSING' - AND NOT ONE OF THOSE COUNTLESS FAKES WITH 'DUG OUT' LABELS I HAVE SEEN OFFERED FOR SALE RECENTLY!!!!  IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER 2 THINGS ABOUT TEST PRESSINGS IF BUYING ONE!!!!  FIRSTLY ALL 'TWO SIDED' TEST PRESSINGS FROM EMI (HARVEST / PARLOPHONE / APPLE / ETC) WILL ALWAYS HAVE 1G/1G MOTHER & STAMPER CODINGS.  IF THEY DO NOT?  THEN THEY ARE FAKES!!!!  HOWEVER THE BEST TEST PRESSINGS TO BUY (WHICH ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO FAKE!) ARE ONE SIDED 'TEST PRESSINGS' LIKE THIS ONE!!!!  THIS LP HAS A 'YEX 947-1U' MATRIX ON THE PLAYING SIDE, AND 'LPFB 2' STAMPED MATRIX ON THE TEST TONE SIDE!!!!  AND OF COURSE THE MOTHER & STAMPER CODINGS ON THE PLAYING SIDE IS 1/G (THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE!) AS YOU WOULD EXPECT!!!!  IT IS ALSO WORTH NOTING THAT 'ONE SIDED' TEST PRESSINGS WERE ONLY EVER USED 'IN-HOUSE' FOR TESTING THE QUALITY AND WERE NEVER EVER SENT OUT TO RADIO STATIONS!!!!  WHEREAS THE FAR MORE COMMON 'TWO SIDED' TEST PRESSINGS WERE USED AS PROMOS, AND THEREFORE ARE OBVIOUSLY FAR MORE COMMON!!!!  AND OF COURSE - ESPECIALLY WITH PINK FLOYD SO CALLED 'WHITE LABEL' TEST PRESSINGS I HAVE SEEN RECENTLY - 'TWO SIDED' TEST PRESSINGS CAN BE FAKED, BY DIGGING OUT THE LABEL, AND REPLACING IT WITH A PLAIN WHITE ONE.  OF COURSE, AS I SAID ABOVE THESE WILL NO HAVE 1/G 1/G STAMPERS ON THE RUN OFF GROOVES, AND THEREFORE WILL BE FAKES.  HOWEVER, THIS ONE IS A 100% GENIUNE 'ONE SIDED' WHITE LABEL 'TEST PRESSING', IS FAR FAR RARER THAN THE MORE COMMON 'TWO SIDED' VERSIONS, FAR FAR MORE DESIRABLE, AND IS ALSO IMPOSSIBLE TO BE A FAKE (SURELY THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF COLLECTING 'TEST PRESSINGS')!!!!

NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP IS IN ABSOLUTELY SUPERB CONDITION (WITH AN AWESOME RECORD & BRILLIANT COVER!) - AND HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  JUST TAKE A LOOK AT THE PICTURES!!!!  THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1975 UK 'WHITE LABEL' 1ST PRESSING ON THE TEST PRESS 'PRE-RELEASE' WHITE APPLE LABEL, ORIGINAL 'TEST PRESS' PLAIN WHITE INNER SLEEVE, 1ST PRESS 1U MATRIX ENDINGS, AND 1ST PRESS FULLY TEXTURED 'EMBOSSED' COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS AMAZING OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the ORIGINAL Apple UK 1st Pressing from 1975 and is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl.  The Cat. No is PAS 10009 on the ORIGINAL 1st Press Apple label (see picture) and is a UK Stereo 1st pressing (there were NO Monos!)!!!!       

The record labels are in SUPERB condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!!  IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS BARELY BEEN PLAYED AT ALL!!!!  The vinyl is in absolutely AWESOME condition!!!!  Most of these 60s/70s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, NO hairlines, NO scufflines, only 2 or 3 absolutely ULTRA light surface traces, and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK AND LOOKS AMAZING!!!!  It is also great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO pops, NO jumps, NO sticks, and barely ANY crackle AT ALL!!!!  The sound quality is simply SUPERB with NO groovewear and NO distortion either!!!!  The record must grade MINT(Minus)!!!!  AWESOME RECORD!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve which is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  The ORIGINAL 1st Press FULLY Textured 'Embossed' Cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  It has NO sticker marks, NO sticker tears, only some almost INVISIBLE 'touching in' traces to the edges & spine (still with READABLE side words!), NO edge splits, NO spine splits, only VERY slight corner wear (NOT through the colour!), NO rips, NO tears, only a VERY few light creases (cover is VERY flat looking indeed!), NO ringwear, barely ANY rubbing AT ALL (virtually NONE!), NO stickers, NO annotations, and NO writing!!!!  The opening edge is beautifully straight with barely ANY feathering AT ALL!!!!  Even the textured back of the cover is in BRILLIANT condition with NO grubbyness, barely ANY rubbing, NO yellowing, and NO writing!!!!  The cover must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  THIS LP IS SERIOUSLY RARE AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND LIKE THIS - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
